Orders

When an order is received it will be processed within 48 hours. Depending on the shipping method, most orders should be received within 10 business days. Weikel Foods does not ship orders on weekends or holidays. Orders to your credit card will appear as “Google * Weikel Foods” on your statement.
Shipping Policy

Shipping by United Parcel Service (UPS) or the United States Postal Service (USPS) may be selected for Single Unit (SU) items. Restaurant Size & Cases (RSC) use USPS Flat Rate Shipping, which is included in the price of the order. Mixed sales of SU and RSC (not recommended) will have the included Flat Rate charges plus user-selected UPS or USPS shipping charges.

Damaged Goods

For a refund to be issued for goods damaged in transit, the customer must provide an affidavit with a description of the damage. This must be signed by the driver.

Returns & Exchanges

Weikel Foods must be notified and the product returned within 10 days of receipt in the original packages for full refund to be granted. Shipments returned within 11 to 30 days will be subject to a 20% restocking fee. No returns after 30 days.

Canceling Your Order

Removing the payment method from your Google Checkout account won’t stop the payment for a transaction. The payment is made in the final step of your checkout. Contact us directly if you wish to cancel your order. Orders cannot be canceled if your order has been shipped.

Change Order

In general, it’s not possible to modify orders after they’re placed using Google Checkout. To request an order change, contact us directly or use Google Checkout as follows:

  1. Sign in to your account at https://checkout.google.com/.
  2. Click View Order for the order you’d like to cancel.
  3. At the top of the receipt, click Contact [Seller's Name].
  4. Select the appropriate option from the Request: drop-down menu, and enter your message in the Message: text box.
  5. Click Send email once you’ve provided the necessary details.

Contacting us does not automatically modify your order. Once we receive your request, we will contact you and try to accommodate your change request.
