  • Dorothy R.: We tried your pasta sauce tonight for supper. We added it to ground beef and tossed it with some angel hair pasta, extra virgin olive oil and a few shakes of shredded parmesan. The consensus was that it was a nice, light sauce with a slightly fruity taste that allowed ALL of the flavors to shine through. Because it was not heavy like the jar sauces we typically eat, we were not plagued with heatburn after eating it. We would like to try it in chicken cacciatore thinking that it will be the perfect complement to the milder flavor of the chicken. (I never saw plates of pasta consumed so fast!!!)
